Our Legacy – Dr. Goodman

Doctor David Goodman, DMD

Dr. David Goodman has been a vital leader in our practice since joining in 1984. Our office was founded in 1975 by Dr. Carl DiGregorio with the vision of giving back to the wider Milford community through quality dentistry. At the time Dr. Goodman joined, our practice had recently moved from its original location at 235 West Street to its current location at 192 West Street. Since partnering with Dr. DiGregorio, Dr. Goodman has been devoted to delivering exceptional dental care to families in the Milford area. Although he retired at the end of 2021, he still leads our practice with the honest, caring example he set and with his philosophy of treating his patients as whole people beyond just their teeth. Dr. Goodman earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Clark University in Worcester, MA, where he graduated cum laude with departmental high honors. He then pursued his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. After graduating, he completed an advanced general practice residency program at Worcester Memorial Hospital and the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his commitment to lifelong learning by completing postgraduate courses at the Pankey Institute, Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, and the Spear Institute. In addition to practicing advanced dentistry at Drs. Goodman, Ko, & Associates, he has taught as a faculty instructor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in the Division of Operative and Prosthetic Dentistry. He was also an attending staff member at the Milford Regional Medical Center for thirty years. Today, Dr. Goodman remains an important leader of our practice and has left a legacy of providing personalized, patient-centered dentistry to help all of our patients live healthier lives.
