Unhurried, personalized, authentically warm, and inviting care is alive and well at Drs. Goodman, Ko, and Associates in Milford. Led by Drs. Alan Ko, Brittany Bressler, and Saeed Kashefi, our team bring this service-oriented approach to dentistry while demonstrating the latest techniques and technologies that modern dental science offers! The result is an innovative and genuinely comprehensive treatment. That’s the difference at our office! These treatments include dental implants.
At our practice, you enjoy the utmost convenience and a comfortable and relaxed experience; we can start, complete, and do everything in between to replace your missing or failing teeth with implants. This is including surgical extraction, bone graft augmentation, implant placement, gingival grafting, and all the simple or complex prosthetics that follow. Essentially, we can prepare the foundation and build the house.
Our team is committed to continuing education on the latest techniques and treatments shaping dentistry. Additionally, we have invested in the technologies to support those treatments. So, rest assured that your implants will be placed precisely by our highly skilled dentists. To further ensure successful implant healing and the long-term health and functionality of your new teeth, we use technologies like a piezo surgery, CBCT scans, and 3-D printed surgical guide to ensure comfort and precision..
Depending on the situation, this guide is fitted over any remaining teeth (or gum tissue). This high-tech approach to surgery provides the utmost precision implant placement and a conservative approach to treatment that is less invasive and associated with a shorter healing time than “standard” approaches.
Furthermore, such approaches allow us to provide services like immediate or “same-day” implants. You can realistically enter our office without teeth and exit with a confident, complete smile within just one visit. The restorations that are attached, fixed, or otherwise secured to the implants are made from durable, highly aesthetic materials that are, again, designed to suit your one-of-a-kind needs, personal characteristics, and goals. The implants expertly planned, designed, placed, and restored by our team are:
